NATALIA SILINSKAYA
Representative in Russia
An alumna of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, Natalia spent more than 15 years at the Russian Olympic Committee, before taking part in the creation and management of the groundbreaking Yakhroma sports and recreation park in the Moscow Region. Prior to her work with the Shakhnovskiy Foundation, she was General Director of the Health Protection Fund at the Central Federal District Association for Regional Socioeconomic Cooperation.
NINA BULGACH
Chair of the Foundation's Expert Committee
After graduating from the IM Sechenov First Moscow Medical Institute, and clinical studies in cardiology, Nina spent the next 20 years of her brilliant professional career at the country’s leading medical establishment: the N.V.Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine. Since 1998, she has worked in a series of positions of responsibility at the Spasskie Vorota-M Insurance Group in Moscow.
MAXIM ARTAMONOV
Administrative Director
Maxim has a PhD from the University of Geneva, and is fluent in several European languages. He is founder and Secretary-General of the Swiss-Russian Business Association (SRBA), an acknowledged leader in the establishment and development of international economic relationships, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2018. He is founding partner of Orion Solutions, a family and front office service registered in Dubai, UAE.
